The folks at AlloyTV are hosting an online Talent Search for the next teen sensation. From now until September 28 girls between the ages of 16 and 24 can upload their singing audition for Talent: The Casting Call, a reality web series that will ultimately determine which talented singer will appear in the Alloy Entertainment original web series, Talent, airing in early 2011.
The winner will get a recording contract from with Jive Records (part of SONY Entertainment – yes that SONY), whose roster includes Usher, Britney Spears, and P!nk.
If you can sing and dance, head over there, and upload your fabulous self. I’d love it if you shared a link to your audition upload in the comments. I know it’s all about talent, but let’s be frank, we’re talking about being a teen star, so wash up, and glam up because Olay, Pantene, Venus and Secret just might be your best friends when you want to look and feel good. Naturally there’s some social media involved, so you’ll want to be sharing with your facebook friends.
If you head over there now you’ll see the spotlight video of the week, and I have to tell you I’m thrilled, these young ladies have such incredible talent, and it takes nerve to put yourself out there like that. There’s also something sweet and wholesome happening , and I enjoy supporting that for our young women.
But mostly, these girls HAVE TALENT. So if you can sing, dance or perform go upload your video, and please do share it here with us here in the comments.
