Whole Grain Oats, Modified Corn Starch, Sugar, Salt, Tripotassium Phosphate, Oat Fiber, Wheat Starch. Vitamin E Calcium Carbonate, Iron and Zinc, Vitamin C, a B Vitamin, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B2. Vitamin B1,, Vitamin A , a B Vitamin, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3.
It’s become apparent that this isn’t food! Maybe just food-like. The lesson here is to go eat some oats without all the other crap.
Its funny that the answer is Cheerios, I just had a conversation with my mother about we give our daughter the more expensive Hole N Oats instead of Cheerios, when you compare ingredient lists there’s no question that Cheerios is not the best option.
Go buy some Joe’s O’s at Trader Joe’s……reasonable and a quality product.
