The 8th grade kids are disco dancing for Haiti.
I won’t go into the details of why I’d prefer they disco dance for LAUSD or for Pacoima, but I’m still delighted by the kids.
Jane and Alexander went to school with $10 each today. At the lunch hour they are each buying an 8th grader to disco dance to three songs for their $10 donation. My kids are really excited, and I’m thinking of sneaking onto campus so I can get a glimpse of what’s sure to be an exceptionally fun lunch hour.
