Mostly Luxury Problems

Somehow I didn’t notice that yearbook ads were due today. Since Jane is in the 8th grade it’s customary to take out a full page ad. Alexander and I were walking and talking about finding some pictures of her in the 3rd grade (the year she started school there) and he said, “Wait. How much is this going to cost you?” I answered him truthfully and was met with a lecture from my 11 year old about how buying him a box of Pokemon cards would actually have more value. It was noble effort but let’s be frank, I’m not investing in Pokemon cards any time soon no matter how convincing the argument.

We spent hours last night poring through pictures from 2006 and 2007.

Tip to all the moms out there. Take more pictures. No matter how many you think you’ve taken, they’re never enough.
